DhyanaERP Glass Edition is a cloud ERP in development for glass fabrication and glazing shops. It is built on the same core that is live and running real production today: quoting, shop drawing approval, multi-stage production tracking, delivery, and invoicing all off one record, the approved shop drawing. Glass-specific workflows like lite-level tracking, IGU specifications, field measures, and breakage and remake handling are in active development with early access shops.

The shared DhyanaERP core
Every edition runs on the same core, and the core is not a promise. It runs a real fabrication business right now.
Quotes with versioning, alternates, and duplication, tied to the customer and the job instead of scattered across workbooks. When the quote is approved, the sales order and the drawing workflow start from it. Nothing gets typed twice.
The approved shop drawing is the primary record, not an email attachment. Approval status, versioning, and revisions live in the system, and approved work flows straight into production scheduling.
Configurable production checkpoints with real-time status updates from the floor. The same engine that tracks live production through nine stages today, pointed at your routing from cutting to tempering to crating.
Zebra printer support for labels and tags, QR code and RFID tracking for inventory and production, and a manual mode for shops that aren't ready for scanners yet.
Bills of lading, delivery tracking, and invoicing all come from the same record the quote and drawing started. Nothing is re-keyed between the office and the truck.
DhyanaERP is a PWA. It installs on iPads, Android tablets, laptops, and phones, works when the internet is down, and syncs when it comes back. Built for the shop floor, not just the office.

These workflows are in active development with early access shops. None of them have shipped yet, and that is exactly why your input counts: the shops in the room decide what gets built first.
Every lite gets its own record and label, so a piece can be found, scanned, and accounted for from cutting to the rack on the truck.
Makeups captured as structured specs: glass types, spacers, gas fill, coatings, edge work. Quoted once, fabricated from the same record.
Tempering schedules and heat-soak documentation tracked as production stages with the paperwork attached to the lite.
Capture measures on a tablet at the opening and have them land on the order, not in a notebook that stays in the truck.
