Most small and midsize businesses don't have a technology problem — they have a clarity problem. Too many tools, too many spreadsheets, and no one whose job it is to see the whole picture. DhyanaTech consulting gives you that person. We come out of manufacturing and operations, so we start on the floor and in the field — where the work actually happens — and work backward to the software. You get a plan you own, whether you build it with us or not.
How We Engage
Nearly everyone starts with a low-risk assessment. Where you go from there is up to you—and the plan is yours either way.
Start here. A fixed-fee, few-week engagement that maps your operation and hands you a prioritized plan.
We sit with your team, walk the floor or ride along in the field, and map how work really flows — not how the org chart says it does. You walk away with a written roadmap: what's costing you time, what to fix first, what to buy versus build, and what it'll take. It's yours to keep and act on with anyone, including us. This is the lowest-risk way to start.
Fixed scope, fixed price. We implement the roadmap — software selection, custom builds, integrations, rollout.
When you know what to build, we build it. That might mean selecting and setting up off-the-shelf software, integrating your existing tools, wiring up barcode or RFID tracking, or developing something custom. Scope and price are agreed up front, and we roll it out in phases so your team is never blindsided.
A monthly retainer for senior technology leadership — without a full-time hire.
Once things are running, most owners want a steady hand on the technology, not another full-time salary. On a monthly retainer we act as your part-time CTO: roadmap, vendor decisions, security, hiring, and a standing person to call before you sign anything. Hourly ad-hoc help is available too when that's all you need.
We work best with operations-heavy businesses: manufacturers, fabricators, precast and construction shops, distributors and warehouses, field-service and trades companies — anyone running real physical work who has outgrown paper and spreadsheets. The same thinking applies to any small or midsize business drowning in disconnected tools.
What We Do
Most engagements touch more than one of these. Start anywhere the pain is loudest.
Why DhyanaTech
DhyanaTech builds manufacturing and operations software for a living. We understand shop floors, field crews, jobs, inventory, and traceability — so advice lands in reality, not theory.
We recommend what's right for you, even when that isn't our software. You get honest buy-versus-build calls, not a sales pitch dressed up as a strategy.
Every engagement produces a written roadmap that belongs to you. No lock-in, no black boxes. Take it to any vendor, or hand it to us to execute.
Our recommendations account for gloves, sunlight, spotty signal, and people who did not sign up to be IT. If your crew won’t use it, it doesn’t count.
DhyanaTech also builds a suite of business software — including DhyanaERP for manufacturers. When one of our products is the right fit, we’ll say so and it becomes an option. When it isn’t, we’ll point you somewhere better. Consulting is about your operation first, our software second.
FAQ
A technology consultant helps a business figure out which software, hardware, and systems will actually save time and money — and in what order to adopt them. For a small or midsize business, that usually means mapping how work flows today, finding the bottlenecks, deciding what to buy versus build, and creating a realistic plan the owner can act on. DhyanaTech focuses on operations-heavy businesses like manufacturers, distributors, and field-service companies.
Most engagements start with a fixed-fee Assessment & Roadmap Sprint that runs a few weeks and produces a written plan you own. Project work is quoted at a fixed scope and price once that plan is clear, and ongoing advisory is a flat monthly retainer. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your operation; the assessment is the low-risk way to find out what a full engagement would involve. Contact DhyanaTech for a quote.
No. DhyanaTech consulting is product-neutral. We recommend the best solution for your business even when that is off-the-shelf software from someone else. DhyanaTech does build its own products — including DhyanaERP for manufacturers — and we will point you to one when it genuinely fits, but you are never required to buy anything to get honest advice.
Large firms tend to sell strategy decks and staff engagements with junior consultants. DhyanaTech is a small, founder-led shop that builds software and integrates hardware itself, so the person advising you is the person who understands how it gets implemented. We work in plain language, start on your floor, and leave you with a plan you can execute — with us or without us.
We work best with operations-heavy businesses: manufacturers, fabricators, precast and construction shops, distributors and warehouses, and field-service and trades companies. That is where DhyanaTech has the deepest experience. The same approach also helps any small or midsize business that has outgrown paper and disconnected spreadsheets.
Get in touch through the contact page and tell us a bit about your operation. We start almost everyone with an Assessment & Roadmap Sprint — a short, fixed-fee engagement that gives you a clear, prioritized plan. From there you decide whether to run with it yourself, hire us to deliver it, or keep us on a monthly retainer.
Tell us where things are getting stuck. We'll start with a straightforward assessment and give you a plan you own.
