Quoting to pour to delivery in one system. No modules you'll never use, no six-month rollout, no consultants living in your conference room. We'll make it easy.

DhyanaERP Precast Edition is a cloud ERP for precast concrete manufacturers that treats the approved shop drawing as the primary record. Quoting, shop drawing approval, production scheduling, QC and DOT documentation, labeling, and invoicing all run off that one record, so nothing is re-keyed between systems. It was built inside a working precast plant and it is in production today.
Updated August 2026. The latest releases turned the precast calculator into a full civil submittal engine: datum-elevation structures, Auto-Stack piece solving, and dimensioned submittal sheets with engineer e-seal approval. See what's new
Sent for approval three weeks ago. Which revision? Who has it? Nobody can say without digging through email.
One person knows how it works. Every quote is a copy of a copy, and one broken formula prices a job wrong.
The only way to know what's poured, stripped, or ready to ship is to go look. The office is always a day behind the floor.
DhyanaERP Precast Edition
Visual calculators for manholes, catch basins, and underground civil products. Custom quoting for architectural elements by linear feet, square feet, or per unit. Versioning, alternates, and duplication, without counting a quote twice.
The shop drawing is your sales order, so we treat it that way. Approval status, versioning, revisions. New shop drawings from approved quotes flow straight into production scheduling.
Track mold inventory and availability. Assign molds to jobs. Schedule production around real capacity, not guesses.
Every stage of precast production has its own checkpoint: rebar cages, pre-pour, pouring, demolding, QC, touchup, acid wash, sandblasting, and packing. Status updates from the floor, in real time.
Zebra printer support for labels and tags. QR code and RFID tracking for inventory and production. A manual mode for plants that aren't ready for scanners and printers yet.
PWA architecture means DhyanaERP installs on iPads, Android tablets, laptops, and phones. Works when the internet is down. Syncs when it comes back. Built for the shop floor and the yard, not just the office.
Compliance
Precast lives and dies on documentation. DhyanaERP ties QC checklists to the piece record, so every inspection, hold point, and non-conformance is attached to the exact piece it belongs to, not a binder someone has to find. State DOT requirements are handled state by state, including VDOT, so the paperwork that ships with a load matches what the inspector expects. The checklists are grounded in PCI and NPCA practice, and you can run them as hard stage gates or as advisory.
Inspections, hold points, and non-conformance reports attach to the exact piece, not a separate binder.
DOT paperwork handled state by state, including VDOT, so a load ships with what the inspector expects.
Submittals go out for approval and come back sealed through an e-seal approval link, without leaving the system.
Getting started
There is no six-month rollout, but we do not rip out your old system on day one either. We recommend running the old way and DhyanaERP in parallel for a stretch, so you can audit both and make sure nothing is left behind in the migration. Here is what a realistic first week looks like.
Day 1
Sign up, import your customers and product data, and run your first real quote.
Days 2 to 3
Set up your plants, molds, and colors. Print a test label on your Zebra printer.
Days 4 to 5
Build a shop drawing from an approved quote and push it into production scheduling.
End of week
Your crew is updating production status from a tablet in the yard, while the old system keeps running alongside until the numbers match.
You are not doing it alone. Free live support from a real human the whole way, and white-glove onboarding if you would rather we set it up for you.
Your data
Every ERP buyer asks this in the demo, so here is the answer in public. Your data is hosted on major cloud infrastructure, running on Postgres through Supabase, with automated daily backups and point-in-time recovery available. Access follows the role: admins can see every plant in the organization or filter to one for reporting and KPIs, while line-level workers see only their own plant's activities. You can export your data in standard formats at any time, and we recommend keeping a regular export of your own. Nothing about DhyanaERP locks your records inside it.

I was running operations at a thirty-year-old precast plant. Drowning in spreadsheets, chasing shop drawings out for approval, guessing at lead times. I couldn't find software built for the way we actually worked, so I built it. Six months looking. A year building. The plants waiting on deployment have already helped shape what this is. DhyanaERP is what I wish had existed.
Precast Edition is priced per shop: your first shop is $1,500/month, and every shop after that through five is $1,350/month. Unlimited users on every plan. More than 5 shops? Contact sales. Annual billing takes 10% off. Every plan includes DhyanaTakeoff and DhyanaCAD at no extra charge.
Setup is self-serve and free: setup videos, a self-service signup flow, and live support from a real human whenever you want a hand. If you'd rather we do the work for you, white-glove onboarding is a one-time fee of $1,000 per shop, and we handle setup end to end, on site if the job calls for it. Never required.
Included with every tier
DhyanaTakeoff and DhyanaCAD come with every Precast tier at no extra charge. Other vendors sell these as add-ons. With Precast, they are part of the price.
