Do you know where a precast plant actually loses money? It is not usually in the pour. The concrete goes in the form about the same way it always has. The losses hide in the seams: the crack nobody wrote down, the piece that got poured two weeks before anyone needed it and the piece that got poured two weeks late, the vault that rode forty miles on the wrong truck.
DhyanaERP 1.1 is aimed at those seams. We shipped it today, and every plant on the platform already has it. No upgrade project, no migration weekend. That is the deal with turn-key software; you sign in tomorrow and the new tools are just there.
Quality that gets checked, not assumed
The heart of this release is a real QC system. Pre-pour and post-demold inspection checklists, grounded in PCI and NPCA plant practice, bound to your element types so a utility vault gets a vault checklist and a wall panel gets a panel checklist. Measured items carry their tolerances right on the form. Out of tolerance defaults to fail and asks the inspector for a note before anyone overrides it.
Here is the part I care about most: you choose how hard the system pushes. Run a checklist as advisory while your crew gets used to it. Flip it to enforced when you are ready, and from then on a piece does not leave the QC stage until somebody signs off. And when something does fail, the inspector files a non-conformance report right from the failed item. Severity, disposition, reinspection, closure. The NCR follows the piece around until the problem is actually resolved, not just remembered for a while.
Schedule backward from the crane
Your customer does not care when you pour. They care that piece 14 is sitting in the yard, checked and loaded, when the crane swings for it. So in 1.1 you set an erection sequence and an erection date on each piece, right in the sales order, and the scheduler works backward from there to the day each piece has to be poured. The Gantt shows every job's path through the shop and flags a piece at risk of missing its window weeks ahead, while there is still something you can do about it.
The pour calendar plans itself now, too. Color demand, mixer capacity, mold readiness; the app builds the batches and lays them on the days. Nobody keys in a batch by hand anymore.
The truck leaves right
The last seam is the tailgate. 1.1 adds a Load Truck screen: scan each pallet and piece as it goes on, and if a piece belongs to a different delivery the screen turns red and names the truck it should be on. Every piece and pallet gets a printed QR label now (thermal printer or plain browser print, your choice), the handling notes ride on the label, and every scan field in the app can use the phone camera. A driver needs nothing but the phone already in their pocket.
Mind you, the departure gate warns; it does not block. I have loaded enough trucks to know the software should inform and the yard should decide.
