- The Precast Edition includes everything in Base, along with a full suite of manufacturing tools: production scheduling, mold shop management, shop floor scanning, quality control, and packing and logistics.

A Complete Sales Pipeline
From quote creation with smart versioning through design approval, digital signatures, and automated sales order generation. Your customers can approve directly from their inbox with a single click. We wanted the sales process to feel effortless for everyone involved.
Thoughtful Production Scheduling
Our scheduler helps optimize your shop floor with color-based batching, dependency tracking, and manager override controls. A Kanban-style production dashboard gives managers real-time visibility while workers see exactly what's at their station. The goal was clarity and calm in what's often a hectic environment.
Shop Floor Scanning
Eight dedicated scan stations track every piece through production, from Mold and Pre-Pour QC through Pour, Wash, Sandblast, Touch-Up, Pack, and Pallet Contents. It works with QR codes, RFID, barcode scanners, or just a phone camera. We wanted to meet your team wherever they are on the floor.
Packing and Logistics
Build pallets, assign drivers, calculate optimal routes with Google Maps integration, and generate Bills of Lading. Drivers capture digital signatures on delivery, which automatically triggers invoicing. Every handoff is accounted for.
Dashboards That Tell the Story
Real-time KPIs including daily net sales, pipeline value, tons sold, conversion ratios, and a geographic view of your active jobs. We built these so you can feel the pulse of your business at a glance, without digging through reports.
Annie, Your AI Assistant
Need to look up a job, check production status, or find a quote? Just ask Annie in plain English. She's our built-in AI assistant, and we're proud of how naturally she fits into the workflow.
Built for the Way You Actually Work
DhyanaERP is a Progressive Web App. It installs on any device, works on tablets at the pour station, phones on the delivery truck, and desktops in the front office. Every screen was designed with care for touch, rotation, and real-world conditions.
Our multi-tenant architecture keeps your data completely isolated and secure, with role-based access for everyone from the CEO to the production crew to the delivery driver.
We also integrate with the tools you already rely on: QuickBooks for accounting, ADP for workforce management, Google Maps for routing, and Zebra printers for labels and RFID tags. We didn't want to replace what's already working for you.
